How It All Started
Keith and Janna Stevens met in January of 2008 while working together at The Ritz-Carlton in Phoenix – a company known worldwide for exceptional service and attention to detail. That experience shaped how they approach real estate to this day: personalized service, clear communication, and putting people first.
Keith had always envisioned a career in real estate. He loved the strategy, the negotiations, and the opportunity to advocate for clients in one of life’s biggest decisions. Before Keith and Janna were even married, Janna decided to get her license as well – knowing that one day, working together would make sense.
What they didn’t know then was how much sense it would make.
Growing Through Every Market
Keith and Janna began building their business during a time when many people were leaving real estate – not entering it. While Keith transitioned into the business full-time, Janna balanced a full-time job, raising their growing family, and supporting the business behind the scenes.
After their daughter Makayla was born, it became clear: they were stronger together. Janna stepped into real estate full time, and they’ve never looked back.
Since then, the business has grown every single year – through market shifts, uncertainty, and even the challenges of 2020. The foundation has always been the same: consistency, adaptability, and genuine care for their clients.
