If they are not the best, they are certainly near the top of all Realtors at getting the best price and credits for their clients. Keith and Janna are a wonderful team! I was downsizing my house in Gilbert and they handled everything. They set really clear expectations and educated me on the market, my home and how to move forward. I would highly recommend them. I felt completely taken care of and I’ve given their card to many friends. They also helped me find and purchase my new home and recommended a sewer scope (thank goodness!) because we were able to negotiate $8,500 in sewer repairs (under the master bedroom!!) that I would have been stuck with had they not suggested it!!.
